RETURNS

We accept a purchases made on our online shop back within 30 days upon receiving of an item. Items must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging. We do not cover shipping costs. 

We advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost in the post. 

We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.
